These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the services, including email services, training, events, marketing services, review, and message boards, and various other message communication applications (collectively, our “Services”) provided by Records On Time (“Records On Time”, “we”, or “us”). By clicking to indicate your acceptance of these Terms, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 19, do not access or use our Services.
In addition to these Terms, we may ask you to accept additional terms that apply to specific features, products, or services. To the extent any other terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms govern with respect to your access to or use of the applicable feature, product, or service.

Cancellation.
You may cancel your use of Records on Time by no longer sending record retrieval requests.
Refunds.
Refunds will be given under certain circumstances.
- If an order is placed and Records On Time, orders the records and makes an error in requesting the records both the retrieval fee and cost of the record will be refunded.
- If the customer places an order and the record order is rejected because the client was never treated at that facility. After thorough research, it is determined that the customer entered the wrong facility no refund will be due. Any refund given is at the discretion of Records On Time.
Shipping | Delivery.
All records are delivered electronically to the customer at no additional charge. If the customer orders films or an item that cannot be delivered electronically shipping charges may apply.
