Why Rob Levine Started Records On Time
As a practicing personal injury attorney, Rob personally experienced the challenges of medical record retrieval. In the early years of building his law firm, his internal team handled the process. Seeking greater efficiency, he later outsourced the work to an overseas company. The result was frustrating: vendors struggled to understand representatives due to strong accents, communication broke down, and repeated daily calls created tension rather than progress.
Realizing the process was too critical to leave to a system that didn’t align with the needs of law firms or medical providers, Rob brought record retrieval back in-house. But he didn’t stop there. He saw an opportunity to build something better.
